Code of Conduct for Third Parties

All third parties that are engaged in business relations with Jinyoung, including suppliers and partners, are recommended to conform to this Code of Conduct, an important element in the selection and assessment of suppliers and partners. This Code of Conduct reflects standards and guidelines observed internationally. In instances where this Code of Conduct conflicts with the laws of the country in which business takes place, the more demanding of the two shall be followed.
