Jinyoung follows its Human Rights Policy in respecting the human rights of all stakeholders, including employees and partners. The Code of Conduct for Third Parties includes a section on human rights which supports partners’ human rights management.

Jinyoung’s Human Rights and Labor Policies prescribe respect for the human rights of the employees and stakeholders of Jinyoung and its partners. Our Human Rights and Labor Policies are regularly revised, disclosed, and implemented. The principles of human rights protection, prohibition of forced labor, prohibition of child labor, work hours, pay, prohibition of discrimination, freedom of association, ethical sourcing, and stakeholder privacy protection are among the policies included.
